Projects

These projects reflect my approach to design, combining research, strategy, and thoughtful execution to improve real experiences.

UE Service Design

A service design case study focused on improving student life at UE Potsdam by addressing everyday campus challenges. Based on user research, surveys, and empathy mapping, the project redesigns four key areas: campus navigation, networking spaces, help and support, and food services. The outcome combines digital solutions, such as a campus app for navigation, room booking, and support access, with physical environment improvements, including clearer signage and redesigned study and social spaces, to create a more intuitive, supportive, and student-centered campus experience.

Paw Cycle

This project is a donation platform designed to reduce waste by helping pet food and unused pet items find a second life. The app connects donors and animal shelters through a shared marketplace where donors can offer items they no longer need and shelters can clearly list what they require. By enabling direct communication and shelter-led selection, the project supports safer, more relevant donations and encourages more sustainable use of existing pet resources.
